This has a licensed capacity for performances of 250 and would comfortably seat 200 in conference style or 150 in cabaret style.

The wooden floor area is marked out as a Badminton court.

Small Hall

A timber floored hall 11.0M X 7.0M with external doors to one side and a door to the kitchen.

Seats 40 in conference style and 35 in cabaret style.

Lounge

Carpeted meeting room 8.0M X 6.0M.

Seats 35 conference style and 30 cabaret style.

Kitchen

A fully fitted kitchen with cooker with oven and an eye level grill. Separate sink and hand washing basin, a dish washer, fridge and freezer, and work surfaces to three sides.  It has two kettles, cups, saucers and side plates.

Dinner plates, bowls, knifes, forks and spoons for 120 are available at an extra cost of £15.00.

External    Car park spaces for 54 cars plus 2 disabled parking spaces with ramp access to the entrance doors.  The “drop off and un-loading bay” is close to the front doors.

Internal    Ladies, Gents, Children’s and Disabled toilets are all situated in the main hallway.

Ladies Toilets      Five toilets plus five vanity wash hand basins plus one hot air hand drier.

Gent’s Toilets      Four toilets and three vanity wash hand basins and one hot air hand drier.

Children’s Toilet  One low level toilet plus low level sink and hot air hand drier.  Also has baby changing table.

Disabled Toilet    Fully equipped disabled toilet and wash hand basin and hot air hand drier.  Also cord pull emergency calling system.
