What
is Pilates?
Pilates is an
exercises method dedicated to promoting physical health and wellbeing. Pilates classes
consist of predominantly mat based exercises suitable for males and females and
independent of age and fitness level.
Pilates is a
fantastic way to exercise you entire body! Pilates help improve core strength,
flexibility, balance, muscle tone, posture and can reduced pain and prevent
injury.
What
to expect?
At Body Balance Works
we provide small group based classes led by a qualified Physiotherapist with
Pilates certification, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere
