Dates for your diaries. Bingo will be on the following Friday nights; 3rd March, 7th July, 29th September & 1st December. Village Breakfasts will follow the on the Saturday morning; 4th March, 8th July, 30th September & 2nd December.

We now have a wheelchair at the centre

Let’s hope not too many people need to you it, but we now have a nearly new wheelchair at the centre. It’s located in the bottom cupboard of the main hall, which is not locked. A big thank you to local resident Julie Dore, for this kind donation.

Pool and Table Tennis Tables available for booking at the centre

We have a Table Tennis table in the small hall, plus now a Pool table in the lounge. The latter has been recovered with new cushions. Both can be booked for sessions by contacting the booking secretary. Ideal activities over the Christmas holidays. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Pantomime tickets on sale from 5th December

ALADDIN tickets will be available to purchase at Ettington Stores from Monday 5th December.

Adults £6, Under 15s £3.50

Performances, Thursday 12th, Friday 13th and Saturday 14th January at 7pm, plus a 2pm Matinee on Saturday 14th.

Dates for your 2023 diaries – 12th,13th and14th January – with two shows on 14th. Rehearsals are already underway for Ettington’s big show of the year. Further announcements when tickets become available.

Halloween Spooktacular – October 22nd

The Community Centre and Pre-School present A Halloweeen Spooktacular on Saturday 22nd October. Starting at 4pm with a Glo-Kids Disco, followed by the fabulous Texan Peacocks at 8pm. Entry is £5 per person (valid for part or whole event) Tickets available from 1st October at the village shop (cash only) or online at www.eventbrite.co.uk Fancy dress is of course welcome and a Licenced cash or card bar will be there to serve you.

Next Village Breakfast – 24th September

The popular village breakfast is back again on Saturday 24th September from 8.15 until around 10am. This time it’s in aid of Pre-School funds. Come and enjoy a great start to your weekend.

Next Village Bingo – 23rd September

Put Friday 23rd September in your diaries, as it’s the next village Bingo. Doors open at 7pm, Eyes Down at 7.30pm. Fully Licensed Bar, Half-time Raffle, Cash Prizes and of course fun for all.

New faster broadband now installed

Following an earlier comment, we’re pleased to report that the centre now has a new, much faster, broadband system installed. There is no change to the password, which is displayed on the noticeboard to the left of the main doors as you enter.
