Tai Chi class – Every Wednesday, 1pm-2pm
Tai chi consists of gentle flowing exercise and movements which originated thousands of years ago in China. Tai Chi is practised worldwide today and is suitable for people of all ages and levels of fitness. All adults are welcome to our friendly class where you can feel immediate health benefits, learn new skills and enjoy the company of like-minded people.
